New Orleans, LA- Wendy Wiltz is proud to present “Fashion Rocks Friday” on Friday November 2nd, 2007. The event will bring together local politicians, business professionals and entertainers for a fashion filled event.
The event featuring exquisite New Orleans cuisine begins with black carpet arrivals at 7pm located at Ray’s Over the River, 2 Canal St. on the 31st floor inside the World Trade Center. In addition to breathtaking panoramic views of the city and Mississippi river, the event offers a live performance and Conrad Lamour fashion show featuring models from the hit television series America’s Next Top Model and is topped off by a mixer for all patrons. Proceeds are being donated to Deuce McAllister’s Catch 22 Foundation.
Deuce McAllister’s Catch 22 Foundation is an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of under-privileged youth and adolescents in the Gulf south region. It provides positive role models providing unique opportunities and a financial commitment to making a difference.

Renee Art, the innovative renowned reverse glass artist is participating in this benefit with Wendy Wilkes and Senator Ann Duplesis, by donating two pieces which are original hand painted silk screen of Louis Armstrong and a hand painted geclay called The Gemini. These pieces will used in a silent auction to help support District 2 Fashion Lab.
