New Orleans, LA — 100 Black Men of America, Inc., the nation’s premier African American mentoring and leadership development organization, is set to host its 39th Annual Conference from June 4–8, 2025 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The highly anticipated event will bring together over 1,300 attendees—youth leaders, mentors, entrepreneurs, educators, and national thought leaders—for five days of inspiration, connection, and action.

With the timely theme “Preparing Leaders to Impact Our Changing World,” the conference arrives at a moment when Black communities are facing critical social, political, and economic crossroads. From economic empowerment to education, from health equity to civic engagement, the gathering will focus on equipping the next generation of changemakers with the tools and strategies to lead in an evolving world. For the 100, it’s not just about conversation—it’s about mobilization.

Over five packed days, attendees will experience a full slate of programming that includes youth leadership workshops and competitions, powerful keynote sessions, networking events, and award celebrations that honor excellence in service and impact. National thought leaders will take the stage to share strategies, challenge systems, and inspire action on education, health equity, economic mobility, and civic engagement.

Chairman of the Board Milton H. Jones, Jr. emphasized that this year’s gathering is more than an annual tradition—it’s a declaration of intent. “Our conference isn’t just a gathering—it’s a launchpad for legacy-building and real-world change,” said Jones. “We’re convening a powerful mix of voices from across the country—mentors, youth, entrepreneurs, educators, health professionals, and corporate leaders—who are aligned in their commitment to shaping a better future. Whether you’re here to grow, give back, or be inspired, this experience is designed to move us all forward.”

The conference will bring together more than 1,300 participants, including youth mentees, collegiate members, and emerging leaders from the 100’s extensive national network. But its impact won’t stop at the doors of the hotel. The 100 is making a direct investment in the host community by offering free eye exams and glasses to students at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School and hosting a free business summit open to New Orleans entrepreneurs looking to sharpen their skills and scale their ventures.

As the 100 celebrates nearly four decades of service, its impact continues to resonate across the country—mentoring thousands of young people, building strong chapters, and advancing opportunities in education, health, business, and beyond. And this year in New Orleans, the organization is making it clear: the future of Black leadership is not just in good hands—it’s in motion.
